2018 Outdoor: Placed fourth in the 5,000 meters (14:39.31) at the Sam Howell Invite … also competed in the 1,500 meter at the Larry Ellis Invite.

2017-18 Indoor: Placed eighth in the 3000 meters and helped cross the line in eighth in the 4x800 meter relay at the Ivy League Indoor Track and Field Championship… won the Brown University Invitational 3000 meters with a time of 8:23.86.

2016 Outdoor: Placed 12th in the 1,500 meters (3:52.30) at the Ivy League Championship … runner-up in the mile at the Brown Springtime Open … also competed at the Ocean State Invitational and Raleigh Relays.

2015 XC: Ran a 25:35.5 in the 8k at the Rothenberg Run to finish 13th.

2015 Outdoor: Placed third in the 3,000 meters at the Brown Invitational … competed in the 1,500 meters at the Ivy League Championship.

Before Brown: Placed fifth at the 2013 Washington State Cross Country Championships ... placed fifth in the 3,200 meters and seventh in the 1,600 meters at the 2014 Washington State Track Championships ... 2013 Nike Cross Country Nationals individual qualifier.
