Chris Schoenhut
- Title:
- Volunteer Assistant Coach
Chris Schoenhut begins his second season on the Brown coaching staff after two years (2015, 2016) as an offensive assistant at Tufts under coach Mike Daly.
“Chris played in and has coached within our offensive system and will continue to bring great tempo, energy, and enthusiasm to our program,” said Daly.
Schoenhut scored 139 goals in three years at Tufts, including a school record 80 goals in 2014 to lead Tufts to the NCAA National Championship. He earned third team USILA All-American honors as a junior, but his career was cut short due to injury. The Mill Neck, N.Y. native, who attended Chaminade High School, was named USILA Scholar-Athlete selection in 2015.
Schoenhut immediately joined coach Daly’s staff at Tufts, starting as an undergraduate in 2015 and continuing in 2016 after graduation, with responsibilities to run all offensive phases of practice, while taking on most of the responsibilities of the offensive coordinator.
