2025 Cross Country: Competed in Brown’s Rothenberg Run at Highland Park.
2024 Cross Country: Competed in the CCSU Mini Meet sub-varsity race.
2023 Cross Country: Did not compete.
Before Brown: Two-time indoor state champion in the 1,000 meters (2022 and 2023)…Two-time state runner-up in the 800 meters (2022 and 2023)…2023 state runner-up in the 400m…2023 conference champion in the 200m, 400m and 800m…All-conference honoree in both cross country and track and field as a sophomore, junior, and senior…Also played basketball (guard) and baseball (outfielder) at Durham Academy.
Personal: Son of Erica and Brian Caveney…Has two brothers, Brandon and Mark…His grandfather competed in track & field at Dartmouth…His mother played tennis at Vanderbilt, and his aunt ran track and cross country and Vanderbilt.
Why Brown?: “The sense of community I felt when visiting the campus and meeting the team, combined with the academic rigor I will experience.”
