Brown Field Hockey head coach Britt Broady announced the addition of Hannah Fisher to the coaching staff prior to the start of the 2024 season. Fisher arrives to College Hill after most recently serving as an assistant coach at Davidson.
“I am very excited for Hannah to join the Brown Field Hockey family and add to the positive growth of our program,” said Broady. “Hannah's playing and coaching experience in Division 1, as well as her involvement in USA Field Hockey events, set her apart from a field of qualified applicants.
“Hannah values relationships with student-athletes and invests in their development on and off the turf. Among peers, Hannah is highly respected for her joyous attitude, high work ethic, and positive outlook. We are fortunate to have Hannah join us in Providence!"
Fisher spent the last two seasons as an assistant coach at Davidson, her alma mater, and served as the program’s recruiting coordinator. Prior to her time in North Carolina, Fisher spent nearly four years at Central Michigan, serving as a graduate assistant, assistant coach, and interim head coach.

On the national stage, Fisher spent two years as a coach with USA Field Hockey Futures (2018-20) and another year as a USA Field Hockey Level 1 Nexus Coach (2021). Since 2022, she has served as a USA Women’s High Performance Coach.
Fisher was a four-year letterwinner at Davidson and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology. In 2020, she earned her Master of Science in Administration – Leadership Concentration at Central Michigan.
