
Field Hockey Announces 2026 Schedule

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Brown field hockey head coach Britt Broady has announced the program's 2026 schedule, the 16-game slate features nine games at Goldberger Family Field.
Brown will look for its third-straight Ivy League Tournament appearance after reaching new heights in 2025. The 2025 campaign saw Brown earn its first national ranking since 1999 and the most wins in a season since 2003.
The Bears will face four teams who qualified for the 2025 NCAA Tournament in Fairfield, Harvard, Princeton, and UConn.Â
The Bears will kick off its 2026 campaign with a home exhibition against the University of British Columbia on Thursday, Aug. 27. After its exhibition, Brown's regular season begins with three-straight home games against UConn (Sept. 4), Quinnipiac (Sept. 6), and Boston University (Sept. 11).Â
The Bears will then head to Connecticut to take on Fairfield on Sunday, Sept. 13 before opening Ivy League play at Yale on Friday, Sept. 18.
Brown will then return home for a two-game home stand against Providence on Sunday, Sept. 20 and Columbia on Friday, Sept. 25. After its home stand, the Bears will travel to UMass Lowell (Sept. 27), Cornell (Oct. 2), and Bryant (Oct. 4).
The Bears then return home to welcome Penn (Oct. 9), UMass (Oct. 11), and Harvard (Oct. 17), Brown's final regular season road games will be at Princeton (Oct. 23) and at Lafayette (Oct. 25).
Brown will close its 2026 regular season at home against Dartmouth on Saturday, Oct. 31.
