Scouting the Bears (1-1-0)
- The Bears dropped their most recent contest, 2-1 to UConn on the road Thursday night.
- James Snaith netted the lone goal for Brown, earning his first of the season. Carter Smith and Sergio Canos Seneci set up Snaith.
- Canos Seneci recorded his first point as a Bear.
- Brown opened up its 2026 campaign with a 2-0 win over New Haven on Friday, Aug. 28.
- Sawyer Turiace scored the Bears' first goal of the year, with Lorenzo Amaral netting the second.
- Turiace, Ethan Rabel, and Donovan Mark all recorded their first collegiate points against the Chargers.
- Friends of Brown Men's Soccer Head Coaching Chair Chase Wileman returns for his fifth season leading the Bears.
Scouting the Peacocks (2-1-1)
- The Peacocks won their last two games, shutting out Temple 4-0 (Sept. 1) and defeating VMI 2-1 (Aug. 29).
- Saint Peter's opened their 2026 campaign with a scoreless draw against FDU (Aug. 21), followed by a 1-0 loss to Villanova (Aug. 24).
- Connall McErlain leads the Peacocks in scoring, with four goals for eight points. Marcos De Elias follows behind with a goal and an assist for three points.
- Sunday night's contest marks the Peacocks' second to last non-conference game, before beginning Metro Conference play.
- The Peacocks added three freshmen and five transfers in the offseason.
- Head Coach Julian Richens enters his 16th season leading the Saint Peter's men's soccer program.
