Men’s Lacrosse Closes Regular Season Against No. 9 Yale on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown men's lacrosse team (6-6, 1-4 Ivy) will close its season against No. 9 Yale (8-4, 3-2 Ivy) on Saturday, Apr. 25, the opening face-off is scheduled for 12 p.m. at Stevenson-Pincince Field.
Prior to the opening face-off, Brown will honor its 13-member senior class, fans can purchase tickets here.
Scouting Brown
Jeremy Hopsicker ranks second in the Ivy League in goals per game (2.83) and total goals. Marcus Wertheim ranks in the top 10 in the Ivy League in assists per game (1.58), total assists (19), points per game (3.58), and total points (43).
Henry Brayer ranks second in the Ivy League in ground balls per game (6.67) and total ground balls (80), Brayer ranks 14th nationally in ground balls per game.
Scouting Yale
The Bulldogs will look to win their sixth straight game to close the season, Yale has picked up two top 10 wins during its winning streak.
Connor Gately leads the Ivy League in assists per game (2.42) and total assists (29), Gately's assists per game total ranks 10th nationally. Gately also ranks fifth in points per game (3.92) and total points (47).
History
Brown is 35-33 all-time against Yale and 20-12 at home. The Bears will look to snap a three-game losing streak against the Bulldogs.
