Baseball Adds Midweek Game, Changes Weekend Schedule

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Due to expected inclement weather in Rhode Island over the next several days, the Brown baseball team has made some changes to its upcoming weekend series with the University of Rhode Island and has also added an extra midweek game to the schedule.
Brown will now host all three games of the weekend series against URI at Attanasio Family Field at Murray Stadium. The Bears and Rams will play a doubleheader on Saturday, March 7 starting at 11:30 a.m., followed by a single game on Sunday, March 8 at noon. The teams will no longer play on Friday of this week.
In addition, the Bears have added another home game to the schedule for Tuesday, March 10 against Quinnipiac. First pitch is set for 3 p.m. at Murray Stadium.
