Borowski Named Ivy League Pitcher of the Week

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown softball junior Macy Borowski was named Ivy League Pitcher of the Week after her performance last weekend, the league announced on Monday (March 16).
Macy Borowski went 2-0 with an 0.50 ERA in two wins over UMass Lowell over the weekend. Borowski allowed just four hits and walked two batters, while striking out 10.
On Saturday, the junior threw a complete game allowing one earned run on three hits, allowing one walk and striking out four. In Sunday's win, Borowski threw a complete-game shutout, allowing just one hit and one walk, while striking out six batters.
Borowski earned her first Ivy League Pitcher of the Year honor in her career.
