PROVIDENCE, R.I. - With the regular season and 2026 Ivy League Championships in the rear view mirror, Brown wrestling (5-9, 0-5) turns its attention to the much-anticipated 2026 NCAA Wrestling Selection Show.Â
The show, which will air on NCAA.com, takes place on March 11 at 8 p.m. The broadcast will reveal the remaining 42 at-large qualifiers, full brackets, and seeding. You can watch the selection show HERE.
The Bears are expected to have several wrestlers make the trip to Cleveland later this month, with No. 19/No. 17 Andrew Reall (197), No. 27/No. 22 Alex Semenenko (285), and NA/No. 35 Austin McBurney (149) all putting together strong seasons.
Reall, who won the 197 lb bracket at the Ivy League Tournament last weekend, became an automatic qualifier after his championship victory. Semenenko and McBurney both turned in top-three finishes over the weekend to also earn auto qualifiers, with Semenenko finishing in second place and McBurney in third place.Â
Other names to watch are NA/No. 43 Max Norman (165) and NA/No. 38 Khimari Manns (141), who have both finished strong freshmen campaigns that have earned them spots in the top forty of the latest RPI rankings.
The Bears have not had multiple wrestlers compete at the NCAA Championships since 2019.
