No. 18 Women’s Lacrosse Hosts No. 15 Penn for Regular Season Finale on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The No. 18 Brown women's lacrosse team (10-4, 4-2) will host No. 15 Penn (9-5, 4-2) on Saturday afternoon in its regular season finale on Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
History Made
This past weekend, Brown punched its first-ever ticket to the Ivy League Women's Lacrosse Tournament.
At 10-4 overall, Brown has tied a program record for the most wins in a season, the fifth time they have hit that mark, joining the 1978,1996, 1997, and 2024 squads.
The Scenarios
Brown can clinch a share of the Ivy League regular season title with a win over Penn and Dartmouth win over Princeton. With a win over Penn, Brown clinches the No. 2 seed, the Bears will be the No. 4 seed with a loss to the Quakers.

On Monday, Brown moved to No.18 in the IL Women top 25 poll while staying at No. 18 IWLCA top 25 poll. The Bears remained at No. 19 in the USA Lacrosse Magazine top 20 poll.
Scouting Brown (10-4, 4-2)
Brown ranks second nationally and first in the Ivy League with 9.0 assists per game, the Bears also rank ninth nationally and first in the Ivy League with 24.14 points per game.
Annie Burton enters the final game of the regular season with 45 assists this season, good for the second-most in program history and just five shy of Lauren Becker's school benchmark of 50 from 1986.
As a team, Brown has the second-most goals in the Ivy League (212). Greta Criqui's 47 total goals and 3.36 goals per game both rank third in the Ivy League.
Scouting Penn (9-5, 4-2)
Penn will seek its fourth-straight victory when they travel to Stevenson-Pincince Field on Saturday. The Quakers can clinch a share of the Ivy League regular season title with a win over Brown and Dartmouth win over Princeton. In this scenario, Penn would host the Ivy League Tournament.
Saturday will be the Quakers' ninth game against a ranked opponent, they are 3-5 against ranked opponents this season.
Anna Brandt ranks 15th in the nation with 3.69 goals per game and 16th nationally with 2.92 ground balls per game, Brandt's ground balls per game total leads the Ivy League.
Orly Sedransk leads the Ivy League with 132 total saves, a 9.43 saves per game, and .493 save percentage.
