Men’s Tennis Falls at No. 51 Yale in Ivy League Opener

NEW HAVEN, Conn.. – The Brown men's tennis team (16-6, 0-1) fell 6-1 at No. 51 Yale (10-6, 1-0) in its Ivy League opener on Saturday.
The loss snapped Brown's seven match winning streak.
The Bulldogs picked up two doubles wins over the Bears, both matchups finished 6-4 in favor of Yale. Noah Hernandez and Lukas Phimvongsa's doubles matchup was abandoned.
In Singles, Alex Finkelstein led the way with Brown's lone victory. Noah Hernandez and James Lian turned the tide in their respective second sets to force a third but ultimately suffered defeats.
Brown will be back in action on Sunday, Mar. 30 when they welcome Le Moyne and Stonehill to the Pizzitola Sports Center.
