Kopff Picks Up Third Team All-ECAC Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Sophomore forward Tyler Kopff picked up Third Team All-ECAC honors following a standout season in 2024-25. The ECAC announced the All-Conference Third Team on Tuesday.
Overall, Kopff ranks second on the team with 27 points. His 19 assists lead the Bears, and his eight goals rank fourth on the squad.
In ECAC conference games, Kopff compiled 22 points in 22 games to rank fifth in the conference in scoring. His 15 league assists also ranked fifth in the ECAC. He was also tied for the conference lead with five power play goals.
His 27 points are tied for 17th in the ECAC and his 0.90 points per game ranks 11th in the ECAC and 70th in the NCAA.
Kopff has six multi-point games this season and notably posted a four-assist and five-point game in Brown's 6-5 overtime win at Rensselaer (Jan. 31). He was the first Bear since 2016 to record five points in a single game. He also posted a two-goal and four-point effort in Brown's 5-1 win over Yale (Feb. 9).
Brown heads to Hamden, Connecticut to take on the top-seeded and 13th-ranked Quinnipiac Bobcats (22-10-2, 16-5-1 ECAC) in the ECAC Quarterfinal series. Game one of the series is set for 7 p.m. on Friday with game two scheduled for 4 p.m. on Saturday.
