Women's Swim and Dive Welcomes Bryant on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown women's swimming and diving team (2-3, 2-3 Ivy) returns to the Katherine Coleman Aquatics Center on Saturday, Dec. 6, for a noon dual against Bryant (5-0). Saturday's contest can be watched on ESPN+.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
- The Bears are coming off a Bucknell Invitational victory. In the three-day meet, Brown defeated Delaware, UMBC, Seton Hall, Davidson, Fordham, and host Bucknell.
- Brown has earned 27 event victories this season, including three program records so far; Natalie Garre broke the 1000 free and 1650 free marks that stood since 2014, while Isabella Dieffenthaller broke the record in the 200 free.
- Lukinac has won the 50 free twice (Yale, Bucknell Invite), the 100 free twice (Yale, Bucknell Invite), and the 200 free at the Bucknell Invite.
- Crystal Yuen, Lukinac, Audrey Chung and Kelly Dolce have won the 400 free twice (Yale, Penn), and won the 200 free relay at the Bucknell Invite.
- Yuen has earned three victories (200 free at Harvard and Penn, and 500 free vs. Yale).
- Lukinac, Dolce, Natalie Garre and Yuen won the 800 free relay team at the Bucknell Invite.
- Yuen, Lukinac, Lily Klinginsmith and Dolce won the 400 relay at the Bucknell Invite.
- Dieffenthaller won the 100 freestyle at Harvard and the 200 freestyle vs. Yale.
- Garre has a 500 free win at win and the Bucknell Inivte, and a 1650 free win (Bucknell Invite).
- Angelina Chen won the 100 backstroke vs. Dartmouth/Princeton and the 100 breaststroke twice (Penn, Bucknell Invite).
- Isabella George won the 3 meter dive twice this season (Yale, Penn).
- Sumner Chmielewski won the 200 IM at Penn and the 400 IM at the Bucknell Invite.
- Nadia Thomas won the 200 backstroke vs. Yale
- Lizzy Washburn won the 100 butterfly vs. Yale
SCOUTING THE BULLDOGS
- Bryant is 5-0 overall and coming off the Terrier Invitational in Boston (Nov. 21-23).
- The Bulldogs defeated Fairfield, Binghamton, Stony Brook, Providence, and Holy Cross.
- The divers competed inside the Katherine Coleman Aquatics Center earlier this season, taking on Providence on Oct. 31.
UP NEXT
Finals await the Bears, and Brown returns to action on Jan. 17 for Senior Day against Columbia at noon.
