Men's Water Polo Heads West for Games Against Biola and Long Beach State

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown men's water polo will make the trip across the country for games against Biola and #10 Long Beach State.
The game against Biola will be played at Long Beach State and will begin at 1 p.m. ET/10 a.m. PT. Brown will then take on Long Beach at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT to close out the weekend.

SCOUTING BROWN (2-2)
- Brown is coming off a 2-2 weekend to start the season at the Bruno Classic. After losing to #14 Fordham and #7 Pacific to start the season, the Bears rebounded with a win over #17 California Baptist and a double-overtime win over Air Force.
- Máté Tymcyna led Brown over the weekend with 14 goals. Tymcyna had an 11-goal day two with a career-high six goals against California Baptist.
- Ilias Stothart scored multiple goals in all four games of the weekend and has 13 goals on the season.
- Gabe Chang leads the Bears with 10 assists on the season and Daniel Hadar has eight.
- In goal, Ryan Miele has a team-high 13 saves in two appearances.
- Biola earned a 15-14 win over Mount St. Mary's in the Navy Open to start the season.
- Nick Murray is the top goal scorer for Eagles with six tallies on the season.
- Mitchell Carpenter is leading the team in goal with 11 saves.
- Long Beach State's only loss in the first weekend of the season came from USC. The Beach won each of their other three games by double-digits.
- Alec Johnson and Corbin Stanley lead the way for The Beach with nine goals each.
- Liam Ward is tops in goal with 21 saves.
