Women’s Lacrosse Welcomes Cornell on Senior Day

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown Bears (9-5, 2-4 Ivy League) return to Stevenson-Pincince Field for the 2024 finale on Saturday, April 27 at 1 p.m. The Bears welcome Cornell (7-7, 2-4 Ivy League) on Senior Day. Following the contest, 15 seniors will be honored for their contribution to the Brown Women's Lacrosse program.

- Brown sits at No. 22 and Cornell is No. 36 in RPI through April 25, 2024.
A WIN WOULD…
- Give Brown 10 wins, matching the program record for most wins in a season (1978, 1989, 1996, 1997)
SCOUTING THE BEARS
- The Bears have set single-season program records in scoring (221 goals), assists (115), points (336), and draw controls (240).
- Brown has won the most games (nine) under a first-year head coach in Katrina Dowd.
- Mia Mascone is coming off her fourth Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week accolade and was named the National Offensive Player of the Week. Mascone collected 11 points (five goals, six assists) in the contest at No. 14 Penn last week.
- Mascone leads the nation in points per game (6.29) and ranks second in single-season goals scored entering Saturday.
- Annie Burton (assists and total assists per game) and Emmie Lau (draw controls) are within the top 25 in the country in assists and draw controls, respectively.
