Women's Water Polo Falls to No. 12 Princeton

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – No. 25 ranked Brown women's water polo fell to No. 12 Princeton, 12-10, on Saturday (April 13). Claire Poissonnier led Brown with three goals on the afternoon.

Brown held a 4-3 lead after the first quarter as Emily Suong scored twice and Poissonnier and Hanna Tidrenczel each scored once.

Princeton took control of the game in the second quarter outscoring the Bears 5-2 and leading 9-5 at halftime.

Each team scored four goals in the second half as Brown closed out the game with Cleo Washer, Madeleine Poissonnier and Claire Poissonnier each scoring in the final quarter.

UP NEXT
Brown will close out the regular season against Harvard on Friday (April 19) at home with the game beginning at 6 p.m.
