LONG BEACH, Calif. – Brown women's water polo dropped a contest to No. 6 Long Beach State, 14-6 on Wednesday (March 27).
Six different Bears scored on the night with Sophie Golub, Katharine Knowles, Emily Suong, Ella Palmer, Sierra Martin and Aubrie Anderson all finding the back of the net.
Sarah Decker had nine saves on the night for Brown.
Suong, Palmer and Martin all scored in the first quarter as the Bears were tied with Long Beach State after one quarter.
Long Beach State won both the second and third quarters 3-1 to take a 9-5 lead heading into the final quarter. Brown dropped the final quarter 5-1 for the final tally.
