Women's Rugby Takes on Harvard Saturday in Cambridge

CAMBRIDGE, MASS. – The Brown Bears (2-1) continue NIRA play on Saturday as they take on Harvard (4-0) at 1 p.m. on Mignone Field. The game will be streamed live on ESPN+.

SCOUTING THE BEARS
- Brown enters the weekend with a 2-1 overall record with victories over Princeton and Queens. The Bears fell at Sacred Heart.
- Nikki Lynch paced the Bruno offense last weekend against Queens with three tries and has four on the season.
- Akilah Cathey leads the Bears with five tries and ranks second on the team with 25 points. Kendall Cunningham has 12 conversions and a penalty kick for 27 points to lead the team.
- In addition to Cathey and Lynch, eight other Bears have recorded a try this season.
- Harvard enters the weekend with a perfect 4-0 record with wins over Quinnipiac, AIC, Queens, and Army. The Bobcats scored the most points against Harvard with 14.
- The Crimson averaged 58 points per game on the offensive side and scored a season-high 67 points against Queens.
- Lennox London recorded three tries last weekend against Army to pace the Crimson offense.
- Saturday marks the ninth meeting in the series since Brown made the jump to varsity status in 2014.
- Brown won the first two meetings in 2014 and 2015, but Harvard has taken the last six.
