
Men's Swimming and Diving Completes Competition on Day One of Ivy Championship

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Competition began Wednesday at the 2023 Ivy League Men's Swimming and Diving Championship at the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center at Brown.
The only two events held on the night were the 200 yard medley relay and the 800 free relay. Due to disqualifications in both races, Brown finished sixth in the 200 medley and fourth in the 800 free.
In the 800 free relay, Brown swam a 6:28.69 and were represented by Lukas Scheidl, Marcus Lee, Kj Losee, and Jerry O'Mara.
In the 200 medley relay, the Bears finished in 1:27.32. Zach Le-Nguyen, Jack Kelly, Nathan DePiero, and Tyler Lu swam for the Bears.
After day one of competition, Brown is tied for fourth place with 100 points. Princeton and Harvard are tied for the lead with 120.
Competition continues tomorrow, Thursday, Feb. 23 with preliminary races beginning at 11 a.m.
