Bears Head to South Carolina for College Sailing Match Race National Championship

CHARLESTON, S.C.- Four Bears are set to compete in the Match Race Championship at the College of Charleston in South Carolina this weekend.
Earlier this season the Bears won the New England Championship for the second year in a row, which automatically qualified them for the National Championship. Skipper Liam O'Keefe is a Conference Champion that received automatic qualification to the event. O'Keefe participated in the Match Race National Championship as Brown's skipper last year, and placed within top four of the race. He will be joined by the crew of Charlotte Costikyan, Guthrie Braun, and Camren Spriggs in representing Brown at the championship.Â
