
Women's swimming and diving hosts Cornell on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's swimming and diving will finish up its dual meet season on Saturday, Jan. 21 with a meet against Cornell. The meet will begin at 12 p.m. in the Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center.
The Bears are coming off a tough loss at Columbia last Friday, falling to the Lions 156-144. In the meet, Jenna Reznicek earned three wins, winning the 100 and 200 backstroke and the 100 butterfly. Reznicek's time of 53.96 in the 100 back was a pool record at Columbia.
Sara Barrett earned a win in the 1,000 freestyle and finished second in the 500 freestyle.
On the boards, Brown earned wins in both events with Elena Yeh winning the 3-meter and Bowie Krawczyk winning the 1-meter.
Heading into the last Ivy meet for Brown, the Bears own top-five times in four freestyle events with Sam Scott holding the top-time in the 50 free.
Reznicek is tops in the league in the 100 back and 6th overall in the 200 back. Sumner Chmielewski is leading the Ivy in the 400 IM.
Zehra Bilgin is fifth in the Ivy League in the 200 fly and Anna Podurgiel is fifth in the 200 IM
