Scouting the Bears (10-12, 2-5 IVY)
- In their setback to Cornell, the Bears outscored the Big Red 47-31 in the second half, but it wasn't quite enough to overcome their 18-point halftime deficit.
- Kino Lilly Jr. led the comeback effort for the Bears, scoring 17 of his game-high 23 points in the second half. Lilly's 13.6 points per game is 10th in the Ivy League, while his 15.9 points per Ivy League contest is eighth. He leads all freshmen in both categories.
- Brown has won four straight over Harvard, dating back to 2019. The loss earlier this season was the Bears' first to the Big Green since 2018.
- In Harvard's loss to Penn last time out, the Crimson trailed by seven at halftime and would tie the game three times in the second half, but the Quakers closed things out by scoring their final eight points from the free throw line. Noah Kirkwood led Harvard with 27 points in the game.
- The Crimson boast a pair of top four scorers in the Ivy League. Kirkwood leads the Crimson with 18.1 points per game, while Chris Ledlum is second with 16.7. They are third and fourth in the conference respectively.
- Following its win over Brown, Dartmouth dropped its next three games to Penn, Harvard, and Princeton. In their most recent game, the Big Green took the lead against Columbia at 26-25 and never looked back. They went on to defeat the Lions 76-63.
- On the season, Brendan Barry leads the team with 14.4 points per game. Aaryn Rai has 11.8.
- The Bears split the meetings between Harvard and Dartmouth earlier this season. On back-to-back nights, the Bears downed the Crimson 84-73, before falling to the Big Green 58-46. Both games were on the road.
- In the victory at Harvard, Lilly led the team with 23 points, while Tamenang Choh had 20, Paxwon Wojcik 17, and Perry Cowan 15.
- Choh paced Brown against Dartmouth with a game-high 23.
