PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Head Brown women's lacrosse Coach Keely McDonald '00 has announced the team's 2023 schedule. The 14-game slate features six home games at Stevenson-Pincince field as well as matchups with seven nonconference opponents.
"We are excited about both our challenging out-of-conference slate and our Ivy League opponents," McDonald said. "As cliche as it sounds, we are currently training hard and focused on our first opponent on Feb. 21, and will move on from there."
The Bears open their season on the road on Feb. 21 at Hofstra before returning to Providence for their home opener on Feb. 25 against UAlbany.
Ivy League play opens for Brown with a home game against Harvard on March 4.
Other non-Ivy opponents the Bears will face this season include Boston College (March 8), Sacred Heart (March 11), UMass (March 14), Bryant (March 21), and Notre Dame (March 27).
Conference play will wrap up on April 29 with a road game at Cornell.
The Ivy League Tournament will be held for the top four finishers in the regular season from May 5-7 at the site of the highest seed.
