Scouting the Bears (6-5)
- Brown will be looking to win their sixth game out of their last seven, with the only loss in that stretch coming last time out at Michigan State.
- The Bears' defense is keeping opponents to just 64.5 points per game, a mark that is good for third in the Ivy League behind just Yale (57.6) and Harvard (63.6).
- Paxson Wojcik recorded his third double-double of the season against the Spartans with 10 points and a career-high 13 rebounds.
- UNH has won two in a row with those wins coming against Saint Joseph's (ME) and Holy Cross. They're winners of three of their last four with a win over Boston College on Dec. 6 before falling to St. John's on Dec. 10.
- In their only other game against an Ivy League opponent so far this year, the Wildcats fell to Columbia 56-52.
- Clarence Daniel's 17.0 points and 11.5 rebounds per game both lead the team. The 6-6 junior forward is shooting 46.6% from the field and 48.1% from three.
- UNH leads the all-time series against Brown at 27-23.
- The Bears' last win came in 2014, a 72-66 triumph in Providence. Sean McGonagill '14 led Brown with 23 points.
