Men's basketball hosts Stony Brook

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown men's basketball team hosts Stony Brook this Thursday, Nov. 17 at 7 p.m. at the Pizzitola Sports Center.
It is Faculty & Staff Appreciation Night. All Brown faculty and staff can claim up to four complimentary tickets.
The game will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Fans are strongly encouraged to purchase tickets online at BrownBears.com/tickets prior to their arrival at the Pizzitola Sports Center. Fans should either download their digital tickets to display on a mobile device or print them at home prior to arrival.

Scouting the Bears
- Paxson Wojcik played a career-high as a Bear 38 minutes last time out against Loyola. The senior posted his second double-double of the season with 12 points and 10 rebounds.
- Nana Owusu-Anane was one rebound away from a double-double himself against the Greyhounds with 11 points and nine boards.
- Wojcik and Owusu-Anane are also tied for the team lead with 10 assists each on the season.
- Stony Brook is 1-2 on the year, dropping games to Florida and Rhode Island, and picking up a win against Miami Hamilton.
- Kenan Sarvan has led the Seawolves through three games with 13.0 points per contest.
- Frankie Policelli is averaging a team-high 8.0 rebounds.
- Brown and Stony Brook have played eight times and split the contests evenly.
- The Seawolves won the last matchup 79-63 in 2019. The Bears' last win came in 2018, a 71-69 decision.
