Softball Honors Seniors, Presents Letter Sweaters at Team Send Off

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University softball and head coach Kate Refsnyder recognized the team's three seniors – Rebecca Mandelbaum, Kaitlin Okimoto, and Emily Waters – and presented them with their white letter sweaters as part of the team's send-off event before student-athletes departed campus.

Freshmen Erin Elgas (Belgrade, Mont.), Meghan Gormley (North Kingstown, R.I.), Julia Gubner (Calabasas, Calif.), Jadey Hagiwara (Honolulu, Hawaii), Nicole Kim (San Diego, Calif.), and Lauren Long (Southlake, Texas) all left with their brown letter sweaters, the traditional gift bestowed upon Brown's first-year student-athletes.
