Â
The Lions (4-3, 1-0 Ivy League) scored once in both the first and second quarter and added two tallies in the third. Brown (2-6, 0-1 Ivy League) received both its scores from sophomore Danielle van Rootselaar (Bilthoven, Netherlands).
"It was a tough loss today," said head coach Jill Reeve. "We performed well and executed our set pieces but failed to finish. We fought every minute of the game and I'm proud of our team for their perseverance today."Â
