#12 Women's Squash Toppled By #9 Dartmouth, 5-4

Hanover, NH – The 12^thranked Brown women's squash team nearly pulled off an upset against #9 Dartmouth, but the Big Green came away with a 5-4 decision Friday evening.

"While we were disappointed with another close loss, the team effort was absolutely superb," said Brown head coach Stuart leGassick.

Junior Isabel Young turned in a strong performance at number two, winning easily, 3-0. Freshman Isabella Kearns was a 3-0 winner at six, and junior Scarlett Bergam captured a 3-0 decision at seven. Sophomore Katherine Kimmel, playing at number eight, also took a 3-0 decision.

Brown wraps-up its regular season on Sunday, February 10, against #1 Harvard at the Kate Brodsky Squash Pavilion. All the action starts at 2:00 pm
