Gymnastics’ Hagenbuch Gains ECAC Coaches Choice Weekly Honors

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown University gymnastics senior Morgan Hagenbuch has earned ECAC Coaches Choice weekly honors after helping the Bears score a 191.950 in a dual meet at Yale on Sunday, the Eastern College Athletic Conference announced on Tuesday.

A native of Norwich, N.Y., Hagenbuch competed in three events for the Bears and earned two career highs on the day. Hagenbuch tallied personal bests on vault (9.575) and floor (9.675), while adding a 9.125 on beam.

As a team, Brown scored a 48.000 on vault, 48.200 on bars, 47.250 on beam, and 48.500 on floor.

Next, Brown competes at the Ivy Classic against Cornell, Penn, and Yale on Sunday, Feb. 24 at 1:00 p.m. (ESPN+) at The Palestra in Philadelphia, Pa.
