Men’s Soccer’s Chow Named Ivy League Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. – Junior Matthew Chow (Vancouver, British Columbia) of the Brown men's soccer team has been named the Ivy League Player of the Week, announced on Monday.
Chow helped the Bears top Rhode Island, 1-0, on Saturday when he scored the game winner with 58 seconds left in double overtime. The midfielder scored from the end line on a pass from Zac Anderson for his first tally of the season. Brown handed the Rams their first loss of the season and snapped the team's six-game shutout streak.
Brown will visit Boston University on Tuesday before playing host to Columbia (7 PM) on Saturday in the Ivy League opener.
Video of all home contests and all Ivy League games, home and away, will be broadcast live on ESPN+. Fans can subscribe and view games by purchasing a monthly package for $4.99 or a yearly package for $49.99.
Tickets for all Brown men's soccer games can be purchased online, by calling the Brown Athletics Ticket Office at (401) 863-2773, or by walking up to the box office located in the Pizzitola Sports Center, open Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
