PROVIDENCE, R.I. – The Brown men's soccer team will continue Ivy League action on Saturday night when the Bears host Princeton (7 PM) in the league home opener at Stevenson-Pincince Field.

IVY LEAGUE NETWORK
Video of all home contests and all Ivy League games, home and away, will be broadcast live on the Ivy League Network. Fans can subscribe and view games by purchasing yearly, monthly, or daily packages.
LACE UP 4 PEDIATRIC CANCER
The Brown men's soccer team will Lace Up 4 Pediatric Cancer during Saturday's game against Princeton, supporting the Go4theGoal Foundation in its effort to end pediatric cancer. The Bears will wear gold shoelaces, organized in conjunction with the Go4theGoal Foundation, which donates $4 for each pair purchased. All funds will directly benefit kids with cancer and their families in the Providence area.
LAST TIME OUT
Brown fell at Columbia, 3-0, in the Ivy League opener last weekend. The Lions scored early in the seventh minute and held on the rest of the way, using three different goal scorers, while keeper Dylan Castanheira made two saves. Brown keeper Joey Cipicchio recorded three saves on the other end.
SCOUTING PRINCETON
Princeton (2-5-2, 0-1-0) most recently topped Villanova in a mid-week match after falling at Dartmouth in double overtime last weekend. Jeremy Colvin leads the Tigers in goals (3), points (7) and shots (23). Kevin O'Tool and Daniel Bowkett have two assists apiece. Jacob Schachner has played all nine games in goal and enters the weekend with a 1.12 goals-against average and a .738 save percentage. Princeton leads the Ivy League in both shots per game (15.0) and shots on goal per game (6.44).
LAST TIME AGAINST PRINCETON
Brown won at Princeton, 1-0, in last year's meeting between the two teams. Louis Zingas had the only goal of the contest as he scored the game winner in the 53rd minute.
COMMON OPPONENTS
Brown and Princeton have played just one common opponent so far this season as both teams faced off against Boston University. Brown topped BU, 2-1, while Princeton tied the Terriers, 1-1.

Junior Toby Howell leads all Ivy League players with three game-winning goals this season.

After Princeton, the Bears will visit Providence on Wednesday in the first of three straight road games.
