
Men's Crew Earns 14 IRA All-Academic Selections

PRINCETON, N.J. – A total of 14 members of the Brown men's crew have been placed on the 2016 Intercollegiate Rowing Association All-Academic Team, announced by the IRA Board of Stewards.
To be eligible for recognition, a student-athlete must have maintained a cumulative GPA of 3.35 or higher, completed one full year at their institution (freshmen and first-year transfers are not eligible), be an institutional letter winner and competed at the 2016 IRA National Championship Regatta.
In all, 336 student-athletes from 37 member institutions were recognized. Brown's 14 selections are the second most among Ivy League schools and tied for third-most within the entire association.
