Men's Hockey Visits Princeton for Pair of Scrimmages on Saturday

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – In preparation for the season opener next weekend, the Brown men's hockey team will join Yale in a trip to Princeton on Saturday (10/22) for a pair of shortened scrimmages against the Ivy League foes at Hobey Baker Rink. The event is open to the public.

The three programs will play two 40-minute scrimmages, one against each team, broken down by 20-minute halves. The complete schedule is listed below:

12:30 - 2:00 pm (Princeton vs. Brown)
2:15 - 3:45 pm (Brown vs. Yale)
4:00 - 5:30 pm (Princeton vs. Yale)

Brown opens the 2016-17 season on Friday, Oct. 28 at Holy Cross before hosting Providence College on Sunday, Oct. 30 (5 PM) in the 31st annual Mayor's Cup.

Tickets for all Brown men's hockey games can be purchased online, calling the Brown Athletics Ticket Office at (401) 863-2773, or walking up to the Box Office located in the Pizzitola Sports Center, open Monday-Friday, 9 a.m. - 4 p.m.
