BRIDGEPORT, Pa. – Brown University men's water polo enjoyed a historic season in 2014, winning its first Collegiate Water Polo Association title since 1985 and earning a berth in the NCAA Championship for the first time since 1990.

The CWPA captured the Bears' run at the conference tournament, which concluded with a 7-6 victory over Princeton in the title game. Head coach Felix Mercado garnered Dick Russell Coach of the Tournament honors while senior Henry Fox (Mercer Island, Wash.) took home Tournament MVP accolades.
