2017 Outdoor: Finished ninth in the 1,500 meters (4:34.58) at the Ivy League Championship … also part of the 4x800 meter relay team at Heps … set a personal best in the 1,500 meters (16:40.85) at Raleigh Relays.

2016-17 Indoor: Captured fourth-place in the mile at the Ivy League Indoor Championships … part of the distance medley relay team that took home fifth-place at the same competition … recorded a career-best mile time of 4:46.71 in the prelims of the ECAC Indoor Championships, ultimately finishing fifth.

2016 Outdoor: Won the 1,500 meters at the Battle Road Twilight Meet … part of the third-place 4x800m relay team and fifth in the 800 meters at the Ivy League Championship … won the 800 meters at the High Point VertKlasse Meeting … set a personal-best time in the 1,500 meters (4:25.18) at the Virginia Challenge … ninth in the 1,500 meters and 10th in the 800 meters at the Raleigh Relays.

2014-15 Indoor: Finished 14th in the 1000m (2:55.03) at the Ivy League Indoor Championship … broke the school record in the 1,000 meters at the BU Valentine Invitational with a time of 2:48.26.

2014 XC: Ran a 18:22.86 time in the 5k at the Rothenberg Run to finish 17^th… Placed 19^th at the Dartmouth Invitational with a 6k time of 22:48.60.

2014 Outdoor: Placed 12 in the 800 meters at the Ivy Championships … also part of the 4x800 meter relay team that placed sixth at the Ivy Championships … part of the winning 4x400 meter relay team at the Brown Springtime Open … finished third in the 800 meters at the Brown Springtime Open and third in the 400 meters at the Brown Invitational.

2013-14 Indoor: Was a member of the 4x800 relay that finished the Ivy League Heptagonal Indoor Championship in a time of 9:10.09 … Placed fourth at the USATF New England Championship in the 800 with a time a 2:13.16 … Competed at the BU Valentine Invite, Battle in Beantown and the Joe Donahue Games.
