Versprille joined the Brown Women's Lacrosse staff in June 2024 and enters his third season with the program in 2027 under Katrina Dowd.
He spent the 2024 campaign at Tufts as an assistant coach, pacing the program to a 16-4 record and an NCAA quarterfinals appearance. He served as an assistant at Bryant in 2022 and 2023.Â
Before Bryant, Versprille spent the previous five years as an assistant at MIT. During his time in Cambridge, he coached a USILA First Team All-American, three Academic All-Americans, and numerous All-NEWMAC selections. In 2022, he helped lead them to an 8-0 conference record, 17-1 overall record, and an appearance in the third round of the NCAA Tournament. He's also coached for six years at Franklin High School, where he helped lead the team to three Division I section championships and a Massachusetts Division I state runner-up finish.
A four-year student-athlete at Springfield College, he helped lead the Pride to four consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. Versprille graduated in 2016 with a degree in sport management.
