2023 Cross Country: Competed in four meets…Finished second at Rothenburg Invite and fifth at NEICAAA Championship…Ran a personal-best 24:54.6 over 8k at IC4A Championship.

2022 Cross Country: Served as Brown’s frontrunner throughout the season, leading the team’s pack in all five meets he competed in…Placed seventh overall out of 167 at the Suffolk Short Course Classic (5K-15:47.9)…Took 30th overall out of 126 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (8K-24:55.2)…Won the individual title with a first place overall finish out of 22 at the Rothenberg Run (5K-15:15.9)…Led the Bears at the NCAA Northeast Regional.

2021 Cross Country: Competed in four meets…Captured the individual title in each of his first two meets at the 5K Suffolk Short Course Classic and Nassaney Invitational…Finished first out of 102 at Suffolk and first out of 126 at Nassaney…Placed third on the team and 19th of 161 overall at the 8K NEICAAA Championships (25:16.8)…Finished fourth overall out of 27 at the 5K Rothenberg Run (14:58.3).

2021 Outdoor: Ran a personal best 8:26.09 in the 3000m, and finished third, at the Ocean State Invitational.

2020-21 Indoor: Season canceled due to COVID-19.
