Versatility is a highly desired attribute. Calum played onthe defensive end of the field with a long stick as afreshman. Now, he is spending more time with both a short andlong stick working on his skills as a faceoff specialist. Calum’s physical attributes and his enhancement of such inthe weight room are impressive: there is no questioning hisdesire. He has the speed as well to stay with just aboutanyone. Playing time will be earned as Calum becomes morecomfortable with the schemes and the demands placed on him. We are fortunate to have Calum and his open-mindedness andwillingness to try anything to help us win...2013:Saw action in games against Quinnipiac, High Point, North Carolina,Princeton and Cornell...….Secondary SchoolBackground: A graduate of Richard Montgomery HighSchool where he lettered in lacrosse for four years… StartedVarsity all four years, three-year team captain; 2010: Captain,Selected to 10-man FELL "Elite Team"… 2011: Captain, TeamMVP, First Team All-District, First Team All-County, First TeamAll-Gazette, US Lacrosse All-American, National Lacrosse ClassicAll-American, Under Armour All-American, NSCLA All-American, ESPNHSTop 25 Long Stick Midfielders…2012: Captain, Team MVP,First Team All-District, First Team All-County, First TeamAll-Gazette, US Lacrosse All-American, Finalist for the "KellyAward", All-Met HonorableMention…Personal: The son of John andCharlene McClelland…Has two siblings, August andHaley…Enjoys snowboarding, skydiving and ultimateFrisbee…Undecided on his concentration.
