Reaching a new level of play each year is the goal of every one of our men. Bailey is a prime example of this, and he is on the precipice of making his senior year one that the rest of the nation takes notice of. His gains in the weight room mean he is longer simply labeled as a quick, make-you-miss dodger. Bailey is creating contact with his defender and using his body well. This is especially evident with his play in the two-man game behind the goal, where Bailey is skilled and adept at taking advantage of any little misstep by the defense. Possibly the best attribute is Bailey’s growing confidence, and subsequently his poise and maturity throughout everything we do as a program...2015: Played in all 17 games, scoring six goals and handing out 10 assists...Scored a season high two goals in Brown's win over Cornell...Had a goal and a career high four assists vs. Manhattan...Also scored goals vs. Quinnipiac, Harvard and Providence...Picked-up 17 ground balls...2014: His 12 goals ranked fifth on the Brown team...Played in all 14 games, earning a start vs. Providence...Scored a career high four goals vs. Bucknell...Tossed in two goals in Brown's season opening game vs. Quinnipiac...Picked-up 12 ground balls, including a season high three ground balls vs. Yale...Handed out two assists in game vs. Providence, and Marist...2013: Enjoyed a solid first season with the Bears with six goals and two assists...Scored two goals against High Point and one each vs. Hartford, Princeton, Cornell and Bryant...Secondary School Background: A graduate of Kent Denver where he lettered in lacrosse (4), football (3) and basketball (3)…Lacrosse – captain senior year, 2-time 1st team all-conference and 2-time 1st team All-State…Team Most Valuable Attackman… winner of the Begattaway award (hardest working player who best embodies the program players and the game)…Denver All-Star, Mile High All-Star, and Adrenaline All-American…3-time conference champs…state runner-up in 2011…Football – captain…3-year varsity starter as cornerback and receiver…2-time first team all conference wide receiver…Most Valuable Defenseman (safety)…Basketball - 3-year varsity point guard…team Most Valuable Player…All-State honorable mention…State runner-up 2012…Winner of the Gary Issacs Touching Hearts Award Through Athletics…team captain..1st team All-Conference for all years on Varsity… Academic Honors and Awards - Denver Athletic Club's Athlete of the Year (best Colorado student athlete); Kent Denver Awards: David Schellenberger Athletic Award Winner (Kent's athlete of the year) and Class of 1956 Award Winner (Outstanding Character who best represents and embodies the schools morals and values voted on his classmates and faculty)…Personal: The son of Matthew and Jenifer Tills…Has a sister, Riley…Enjoys playing the guitar…Undecided on his concentration.
