Before Brown: A graduate of Loomis Chaffee, Charlie averaged 13.8 points and 6.6 rebounds as a junior and 15.7 points and 8.1 rebounds as a senior. As a junior, O’Sullivan was named Class A All-NEPSAC Honorable Mention and Second Team All-Founders League.

As a senior, he was Class A All-NEPSAC FIrst Team, FIrst Team All-Founders League, and the MVP at Loomis Chaffee. In the classroom, Charlie was named to the Honor Roll and the High Honor Roll.
