2024: Played in all 14 games as a short stick defensive midfielder … Finished the season with two assists, 11 ground balls, and nine caused turnovers … Tied for second on the team in CTs … Recorded an assist and added three ground balls and two caused turnovers in the win over Dartmouth (4/20).

2023: Saw action in all 14 games and finished the season with a goal and two assists for three points … Added 10 ground balls and two caused turnovers … Recorded his first collegiate point with an assist at Vermont (Feb. 26) … Added first career goal against Harvard (Mar. 18) … Picked up an assist at Princeton (Apr. 1).

BEFORE BROWN: Played lacrosse and football at Mary Institute and St. Louis Country Day School … Posted 76 goals, 120 points, and 122 ground balls in junior and senior seasons at MICDS … Two-year lacrosse captain and senior captain on the football team … USLacrosse and Adrenaline Lacrosse All-American as a senior … All-State football selection as a senior.

PERSONAL: Son of Patrick Joseph Behan Jr. and Margaret (Peggy) Behan … Father played football at Santa Clara and mother played field hockey at North Carolina … Has three siblings: Foster, Caroline, and Brooke … Brooke currently plays field hockey at UNC … Cousin, Corinne Condie ‘20, played field hockey at Brown.

WHY BROWN?: I chose Brown because of the lacrosse program and family culture. I could not pass up the opportunity to play the sport I love at a top academic university.
