Sliwkowski Named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week

PRINCETON, N.J. - Ruby Sliwkowski of the Brown women's lacrosse team was named Ivy League Offensive Player of the Week, the Ivy League announced on Monday.
Sliwkowski scored the game-winning goal in Brown's 13-12 win at Columbia (Apr. 4), she also matched a career-high four goals to go along with two assists, two ground balls, one caused turnover, and one draw control in the Bears' win over the Lions. In Brown's win over Vermont (Apr. 1), the Kennebunkport, Maine native had three goals and two assists.
Over the last three games, Sliwkowski has 10 goals and five assists; she leads the Bears in goals (28), assists (19), and points (19). Sliwkowski ranks fourth in the Ivy League in points per game (4.27).
Sliwkowski and the Bears will return home to host Dartmouth on Saturday, April 11. The opening draw is set for 3:30 p.m. at Stevenson-Pincince Field. Following the conclusion of the game, Brown will honor its nine-member senior class, fans can purchase tickets here.
