
Eight Sailors Named to 2026 NEISA Watch List

Blake Behrens '27 (Santa Barbara, Calif.) has been named to the Open Skipper of the Year Watch List, only one of three finalists to make the list in New England. Behrens was named an ICSA Open Skipper All-America Honorable Mention in 2025.
Katharine Doble '26 (Cos Cob, Conn.) and Laura Hamilton '27 (Vero Beach, Fla.) have been named to the Women's Skipper of the Year Watch List for the second consecutive year. Doble was an ICSA Women's All-America Skipper, and Hamilton a Women's Skipper All-America Honorable Mention in 2025.
Reese Corckran '28 (Annapolis, Md.) and Katherine Majette '27 (St. John, U.S. Virgin Islands) have both been named to the Women's and Babineau Crew of the Year Watch Lists. The Babineau Award honors the overall top crew in NEISA.
Caroline Keeffe-Jones '26 (Orleans, Mass.) and Vera Allen '27 (Costa Mesa, Calif.) have also been named to the Babineau Crew of the Year Watch List. Allen was an ICSA All-America Crew in 2024.
Capping off Brown's selections is first-year Noah Stapleton '29 (Long Beach, Calif.) being named to the Open Rookie of the Year Watch List.
The Bears' eight selections and 10 nominations are the most of any team in New England.
