
800 Relay Team Sets Program Record, Wins Gold on Day One of Ivy League Championship

PROVIDENCE, R.I. – Brown women's swimming and diving won gold and set a program record on the first night of the 2026 Ivy League Championship, as the 800 free relay team capped Wednesday's action from Katherine Moran Coleman Aquatics Center. The Bears sit in third place with 110 points.
Crystal Yuen, Isabella Dieffenthaller, Kelly Dolce and Morgan Lukinac's 7:01.37 shattered the previous Brown mark, also set at home in 2024 (7:08.77 performance by Zehra Bilgin, Anna Podurgiel, Dolce and Lukinac). It was Brown's first 800m relay victory at Ivies since 2002.
In the opening event of the meet, Brown's 200 medley relay team of Emilia Barck, Angelina Chen, Lily Klinginsmith and Audrey Chung took seventh.
Thursday will feature the prelims of the 500 freestyle, 200 IM, 50 freestyle and 1-meter diving at 11 a.m. before the finals begin at 6 p.m.
