Brown Athletics Teams to Wear “Ever True” Patches for the Remainder of the Season

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Brown University's Division of Athletics and Recreation announced Friday that varsity teams competing throughout the remainder of the winter and the spring seasons will wear an "Ever True" patch in remembrance of the tragic event that occurred on campus on December 13, 2025.
The patch, a brown circle featuring the words "Ever True," will be affixed to game jerseys for some programs and used as helmet decals for others.
Brown Ever True is a whole-campus recovery and healing effort, launched in the wake of the senseless act of violence that took the lives of two students and injured nine others on December 13, 2025. For more information, please visit evertrue.brown.edu.
