
Women's Cross Country Ranked 11th in Preseason Regional Rankings

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown women's cross country team was officially ranked 11th in the Northeast Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) in the first preseason rankings for the upcoming 2025 season.Â
Brown concluded the 2024 season ranked 12th in the Northeast Region rankings, being one of six Ivy schools to finish in the top 15. All six of those schools will begin the 2025 season regionally ranked.
Brown will return 22 runners to this year's squad. Last season, Brown entered the regional rankings for the first time in week three when they were ranked 13th and topped out at seventh in the Northeast Region later in the season.
The Bears will open up the 2025 season on Friday, September 5th, at the Friar XC Invitational.
