Women’s Cross Country Ranked 14th in Week 1 Regional Rankings

PROVIDENCE, R.I. - The Brown women's cross country team was ranked 14th in the Northeast Region by the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) in the week one rankings of the 2025 season.
Brown concluded the 2024 season ranked 12th in the Northeast Region, being one of six Ivy schools to finish in the top 15.
Brown returns 22 runners to this year's squad. Last season, Brown entered the regional rankings for the first time in week three when they were ranked 13th and topped out at seventh in the Northeast Region later in the season.
The Bears opened the season at the Friar XC Invitational on September 5th and compete next on Saturday, September 20 at the UMass Dartmouth Invitational.
