Men’s Tennis Falls 5-2 at No. 16 Harvard

CAMBRIDGE, Mass. - The Brown men's tennis team (18-9, 0-4) fell 5-2 at No. 16 Harvard (17-5, 3-1) on Friday afternoon.

In singles action, Alex Finkelstein picked up a win in the No. 1 slot after defeating Daniel Milavsky in a three-set thriller. Oliver Worth rounded out the singles winners for the Bears as he topped Valdemar Pape, 6-3, 5-7 (12-10). Noah Hernnadez, Lukas Phimvongsa, James Lian, and Zander Bravo all suffered defeats in their singles contests.

The Crimson won two out of the three doubles contests, as Sam Feldman and James Lian's matchup against Masato Perera and Valdemar Pape went unfinished, Perera and Pape held a 5-2 lead over Feldman and Lian before the match went unfinished..

Brown will be back in action on Sunday, Apr. 13 when they welcome Dartmouth to the Pizzitola Sports Center at 1:00 p.m.
