Brown Finishes Third in Season Opener

Rehoboth, Mass - Brown Equestrian took third place in its season-opening show at the Salve Regina Show on Saturday.Â
Junior Bridget Hickton won the high-point rider award of the show, placing first in the Open Fences and second in the Intermediate Flat.
Junior Mimi Gochman was awarded the reserve high point rider, finishing first in the Open Flat and third in the Open Fences.
Junior Cassady Churchill placed fourth in the Limit Flat and sophomore Lana Khalidi finished sixth in the Limit Flat.Â
In the Novice Flat, Senior Lara Nahcivan placed fourth and Abigail Grove placed fifth.
Junior Diqiu Liu placed first in the Introductory Flat and senior Catalina Coral placed fourth in the Pre Novice Flat.
The Bears return to action this Saturday, October 11, at the Johnson & Wales Show in Tiverton, R.I.Â
